IF YOU WANT TO MOVE IN A NASTY POORLY MANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX AND HAVE THE DRUG ADDICT MANTAINANCE MAN THREATEN YOU AND YOUR GUEST WITH A HAMMER IN HAND AND MANAGERS WHO ARE LOSERS AND THEIR CONVICT SONS SELL DRUGS OUT OF THE APARTMENTS AND ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO THE MASTER KEYS AND TENTANTS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THEM ALL BUT MANAGEMENT TRYS TO COVER IT UP OR PUT YOU OUT IF YOU KNOW TOO MUCH! AND WHY CAN'T ANYONE FINDOUT WHO OWNS THIS PLACE'THE MANAGERS WILL NOT TELL YOU
