My husband is military and i moved over here to be with him in December. i was immediatly treated like crap by the ASSISTANT manager. The manager is fine and will get things done. But the assistant manager thinks she is the manager and is the biggest pain in the rear end we've ever met. I was told that i was not allowed to do any maintenance on my apartment (which is fine) but a few days later i went outside to SWEEP our patio area and got in trouble. There is still mold growing in the bathroom area and the kitchen. our faucet in the kitchen leaks bigger than anything and i put in a work request 3 MONTHS ago. After trying to follow up with the people in the office to find out when it was going to be fixed (had been that way since we moved in) i was told that i shouldn't have broken it in the first place. The guy they have for maitenace is a MORON!!! he can change light bulbs and that's about it. the assistant manager lives next door to us and we got in trouble with her for "being too loud" on a night that i had just gotten home from the hospital and we just went to bed. constant complaints all because the witch didn't like us. Cars were constantly being towed even if they were parked in the public parking area on the side of the street. The apartment is good for the price we paid, but we are currently looking for another apartment complex in order to get out of this hell hole. KEEP LOOKING!!! DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE LIES THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WILL TELL YOU!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS AND ISN'T WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!
