Horrible place to live. Just like a lot of the other posts, it was close to camp pendleton so we moved in there. HUGE mistake. It is not worth moving into a crappy apartment complex for the low price. There's a reason the rent is so low! It is managed by 2 lazy women who are not only unorganized but they also repeatedly lied to me. The maintenance man has a dog, and the maangers have cats, but they do not allow others to have pets. Just please don't take the low rent as a reason to move in there. They let the lights on the walkways go out, which made it very scary. My husband had to call twice to get them fixed. Also, we had a faulty toilet that leaked twice and finally after it ruined thousands of dollars worth of stuff they put a new one in. I even complained about the toilet a week before it flooded and they still sblamed it on us! Our fridge and garbage disposal broke as well. All in a year! My husband and I want to go protest outside the complex to keep people from moving in. (I actually told a guy who was there for a tour not to move in once) from then on out I was on the fat old ladys' bad side. Just trust and believe these reviews. they are all true!
