I lived in these apartments for about a year and a half with no complaints. When my apartment needed maitnence it would get done right away, the management is very friendly and we had no problems with vandalism. About three months ago when my lease was over i wanted to look for a "nicer" apartment with a washer and dryer. So we moved to a "nicer" place and the first week of living there my tires were slashed!! Along with SIX of my neighbors! Another car had its lights broken with a bat or somthing. We had problms with noise, and my dishwasher was broken for two weeks before anyone came to fix it. The management treated us like nothing was wrong and it was our responsibility! So we moved back to Valley View. Although the area isnt the greatest.. i feel safer knowing that it is a gated community where the management cares about its residence.
