I JUST RECENTLY MOVED IN AND WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW. THE APTS. ARE OLDER THE RENT IS PRICE FOR WHAT WE GOT, COMPARED TO WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING. THERE IS LOTS OF SHOPPING IN THE AREA JUST A SHORT DRIVE AWAY THE BEACH IS ABOUT 25 MIN DRIVE, CAMP PENDELTON IS 25-40 MIN AWAY(TRAFFIC PREVAILING) & DEPENDING ON WHICH GATE YOU GO THROUGH. MANAGEMENT IS PERSONABLE, PETS ARE WELCOME DEPENDING ON SIZE. ONLY HAVE TO PAY 2 UTILITY YARDS AND BALCONIES AR WELL KEPT. MAIN ACCESS (FRONT DOOR) SEEMS SHODDY HAS ONLY ONE QUICKSET LOCK, EASY TO BREAK.
