Management needs alot to be desired!! Jollene the Ast.Manager is a flake and does not need to be in management. I do not live there as I was told I was declined. First I was told I was approved on conditional and would have to put up 1 month's rent which was 1280.00(Jollene at the time of visit stated that the most that You would have to put up as a deposit would be 1280.00)she calls back later to say I need a guarentor and 2months rent, calls back again to say 1&1/2months , then again and its 2 months. I think I will check out a lawyer on this one and put a complaint into the Housing Authority
