I just want to start this off by saying NO I am not a rental agent or property manager or any of those things. I am a tenant and I love this apartment. I have been living in apartments for the last 14 years of my life all over this country and this is definitely my favorite. The apartments are spacious, have lots of closet space and cabinet space, the grounds are lovely, clean and well cared for. Maintenance is awesome. Anything that's needed whether it be tightening a doorknob, paint or a new faucet they are here within minutes to get the job done. Jolene, Anna and Kevin in the office are darling people and professional all the way.

If you are looking for dishwashers and air conditioning, no you won't get it here. For me personally,I feel that those things just rack up my energy bill anyway and I prefer to live without them, but thats just me.


I have a beautiful fenced, private backyard thats HUGE. Half of it is a concrete patio the other half is a lush grassy area where my two year old can play safely with her friends. The pool area is so nice. I love having pool parties here. The pool is clean and well cared for.

The location is awesome and the rent is priced perfectly. Its a safe, quiet community close to shopping, the beach and Carlsbad Village. Every guest I have over is totally impressed with my apartment and is shocked to find out our rent is as low as is it is.

It's very sad that the other reviews are poor but the truth of the matter is that people with kind things to say rarely say them but the people who do nothing but complain feel that they have to share it with the whole world.
