I have rented here at Villa Camino Apartments for about a year now, and I am looking forward to moving out. These apartments are huge and are well priced, but bad management, I thought that Jolene and Keven were bad, but now we have worse management, every apartment has got two letters of concerns and complaints in the last month and basically it states different than your lease. I have called the leasing office due to the tenants above me having a dog and letting it use the bathroom (poop) outside my window, which you have to keep open because no air conditioning, but the leasing office says that no dogs are suppose to be in this area but basically tell me that I have to prove that they have a dog and wont do anything about it until I have proof. The new management is terrible and need to be fired. The swimming pool has no lounge chairs for you for lay out on, you have to lay on the ground and every time we go to the pool it is always very dirty and very distusting. The grounds are full of lizards and spiders. I have seen more spiders in my apartment than I have anywhere else. These apartments are old and well kept but not worth living here, I guess you get what you pay for.
