I am currently residing in Villa Camino and have been for approximately 2 years. I have lived in many apartment complexes in San Diego County but never before have had such an intolerable experience. The management is absolutely atrocious, dreadful and unpleasant. This complex is being run like Hitler s Regime, there are notices posted on doors habitually for reasons that are unexplained to residents and unnecessary. I feel that there is no privacy in the place that I call a home, that everything is scrutinized at all times and that I, and the rest of the residents, are being treated like children. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting this woman who wears the title of manager rather egotistically, she stated that the ultimate goal and purpose of her presence was to clean up the place , what her concern should be is having someone to clean up after, after running all of the tenants out as a result of her overbearing and imperious doctrine! To all individuals who are searching for home, if you are looking for a complex with good morale, happy residents and livable conditions steer clear from Villa Camino, if you are looking of a Gestapo and enjoy walking on egg shells than this is where you should reside.

I so LOVE it here. The Manager Charity is great and she knows how to do her JOB! Leave her alone. The girls in the office are great and friendly.The guys who work there always get the job done. Keep up the good work. Great Place.

I totally agree with you. I have live in Villa Camino Apts. for 5 years now and this is the worst management staff I have had to deal with. We are always getting notices that our water is going to be turned off for "maintenance" and we can't even have a BBQ grill. We asked management if we were allowed to have a BBQ in our back yard before we bought one and they said that it was ok. But the first time we used it someone from the office came knocking on our door and said we weren't allowed to use it. I would never recommend these apartments to any of my friends.

This is so sad to hear. I lived at Villa Camino for many years and it was a really good experience. I moved in 2004. I hope you're able to move soon to another place. Look at your lease and contact the owners. The corporate headquarters were in Fullerton, California. I'm sure they'd like to hear your complaint.
