There are 1bd/1ba and 2bd/1ba apartments. 1bd/1ba runs about $925/mo and 2bd/1ba run about 1125/mo.

Complex is small (about 60 units), but well laid out. Parking can be a nightmare if you don't want to rent a garage for $75/mo. Most people park on the street, as there are probably 20 spots behind the gates for tenants. Apartment layout is nice, with large bedrooms. The 1bd will easily accommodate a cal king bed plus dresser & night stands...easy. The 2bd apt's bedrooms are slightly smaller, but will accommodate a cal king bed (though better with a queen). Living rooms are a bit on the small side. Kitchen has DW, range/oven unit, built in micro, fridge, disposal. Dining area is on the small side.

I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a good price but without a ton of furniture/stuff as storage can be an issue. Apartment manager has some weird interpersonal skills, but maintenance guy Art is super.
