Watch for being overcharged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had several apartments in this community and were severly overcharged for damages, cleanings, painting = over $700. None of these were valid as we were out of state.
Do not rent from them if you do not want to lose money!
