Down in the Dumps of Olivehurst - THe place looks like hell....new maintnance is obviosly not doing his job....There is garbage from one end of the parking lot to the other.The grass looks as if it doesnt get any water let alone mowed.The maintnance before took pride in his work and did his job as he was required and then some. THIS PLACE IS CRAP i have lived her for about 6 years we have been through good managers and crappy ones ...but by far these ones are the worst...our place is falling apart...when things get fixed they fall apart a few weeks later or the same day..the matnence comes in and paints over mold tills
