I live here, and there are some Great qualities about this place (the resort style pool areas; their attempt at building community; 24 hr gym; business center; flat screens by the pool, etc.).

There are, however, some negative qualities as well. For instance, the cell service is terrible in that half the time it is on emergency service, and half the time you will have one bar. Once someone calls you, it will cut the call out after a few minutes if you're not standing by the window. I've heard all providing cell services are bad in the entire complex (maybe if you live on the 4th floor it's good).

One other negative about the place is that they will crack down on silly things (i.e., items on your balcony/porch) and let other things slide (i.e., smokers and dog owners living on floors that are supposedly dog and smoke free). The advertised perk of this place is that they welcome "everyone" in your family, including your dog. Therefore, I have at least five yapper dogs trying to attack me daily as I walk out of my door to get service for my cell phone. It's lovely--let me tell you.
