Great place ! Noise a Problem

This place is wonderful in terms of location next to UCIMC if you happen to communte there! The grounds are nice, and the pool kicks butt for the summer. The downside is the rent is HUGE & I feel I am living in the same apartment as the elephants above. The noise is AWFUL!!!. I would rethink living here now that I know how paper thin the floors and walls are.
