My family has lived here for a while. From what I know, many people have lived here for a long time. The noise level is very low, sometimes eerily quiet for a community with many young people and families. Even on the weekends it is fairly quiet. We've personally seen only one police car here during the day time a few months ago, and have not heard any reports of crime. We usually only hear from management via the occasional newsletter. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely fashion, especially compared with other apartment complexes. The buildings are OK. Apartments have fair space. Just a simple comment on other reviews - From what I have observed, the manager does have tenants that are her friends, but we are neither friends nor enemies with her - just tenants. I think it is probably natural for her to become friends with people she lives close to and deals with on a daily basis. My family chooses not to get involved in the friend/foe circle that is talked about here on this website - it's pretty childish.
