We have lived here for almost 4 years. While the association gives you a one car garage and a parking space, you'd better not have any friends over or more than three cars in your unit. There is only enough parking for 12 cars on the street and 7 inside the complex. The next available parking is approximately .4 miles away on the other side of a townhome complex next door. I have personally written the city about the parking arrangements but they have failed to do anything about it even though an acquaintance of mine is on the city council. The grounds are nice, although no one makes the daily rounds to pick up loose trash. I'm guessing the units are going for about $1.40 per sq ft per month, but we're on a different schedule than that so I'm not sure. It's best to stay away from pool units due to the noise from kids in the pool. All in all, it's a nice place to live with access to two freeways and a toll road nearby. The high school is Villa Park so that's an added bonus. I'd say this is as good apartment living as you'll find in Orange.
