Eastridge is located in a very nice area. Some apartments have either city lights views, or for more privacy there are units located against the hills. The management is now (the last three years) great. The owner(s) are no joke. If there is anything there that is even close to needing repair, they do not hesitate to spend the money. The parking is lacking, but from what I understand a new parking area is in the works. Making up for the parking issue though is the fact that each unit gets a garage (not exactly common for apartments in the area). The units all have a space for a washer and dryer. The pool and jacuzzi have just been re-surfaced, and the pool area furniture is all brand new. All in all a great place to live.
