This property is pretty, but dont get on the managers grouchy side. I am sure her best friend, a tenant here wrote the previous review praising the mgr..lol. Parking is terrible here, and the manager caters to her favorites ONLY. To us others considered 'less than' she is rude and seems to think it is ok for weed smoke to come from her own apt.

Naw... she has a resident , a woman that is her seemingly best friend, dana who wrote it as a favor to her.. lol.

Want to hear a real kicker? Dana, this "friend" now works in the office. I guess when you get on the managers good side you are rewarded with employment. Wonder how much John Morris (the owner) pays his employees? I wouldn't mind a job change for the right price..and if I set my mind to it I can write a raving review! LOL

Dana...did not write anything. I can tell you as a resident at Eastridge for 7 years and Dana's friend. She would not respond to such nonsense. The manager is great. A 1000% improvement since her arrival.Having lived there so long I can tell you the only folks that have a negitive thing to say are the ones having trouble paying their rent. Hense the tension. What a great Place to live!! The only real problem is the parking. So if you have three cars forget Eastridge. Heck we dont want you here if you have more then one car. JK... Peace
