I've been here for 4 years, and have seen changes, but this time, I need to blow my whistle.
Okay, first of all, the manager has always been very loud and obnoxious, and dresses unprofessionally. Also, I've seen her B.S.-ing more with people during the day than actually work at her desk. From another tenant, I've heard as a manager, she's also biased. I walk by the office in the mornings and notice that no one is ever in the office at the business hours stated. I guess she has her own hours. (hey -it's good to be queen, right') I've had friends who've come to the office at regular business hours, but there hasn't been anyone there. I think the owner/s of this property should be notified that management is abusing the system and cheating them. If anyone knows how to contact the owner/s, please respond via this site.
Let's finally make this complex the classy place it was meant to be. Get rid of the garbage!

I have contacted the owner ----------- regarding the fact that the office staff is never available, and when you call it is always the answering service that picks up. I am under the impression he will not investigate any issues unless his apartments are sitting empty and there is no cash flow. I guess you have to hit him in the wallet before he will listen.
