Yes tthe mananger is rarely available or in her office and she will do you under if she dislikes you too.... my friend there said she charges rent according to if you are on her side or not... isnt that against some kind of fairhousing law or someething' And you are correct she has no class... did you know she boasts of her illict drug usuage too' Trash is trash... bottom line it is a shame that such a person represents such a beautiful property.
