I lived in this complex for 2 years before moving out of state. I found the complex to be clean and in order, very nice neighbors and very good management. The management seemed to screen possible tenants very well; and when I brought up a noise issue it was taken care of the same day. I was very sick one month and my rent was late, but management checked in with me before going through assertive measures and did not charge me any late fees. Parking can be tight with having guests over, but overall very good place for singles, couples and families.
