I have just finalized our moving into this complex and couldn't be any happier with my decision. To start, Annie is a very professional down to earth person. The first time I e-mailed her requesting information on her apartment homes she replied in a very timely manner with a detailed, friendly response that made me feel like she actually cared that I was considering moving there. The grounds are beautiful, the first time I had visited there was a small amount of garbage that had been blown up against a few of the buildings. It was cleaned promptly, as there was no sign of it the next day. The first time I drove through the complex a resident I passed smiled and waved at me. It's like a little piece of Midwest in OC. The units are very nice and newer, spacious and have amazing views. The exteriors are in the process of being repainted and the wood on the decks replaced. They are definitely on their game there. I just hope they put the vines back on the buildings, the landscaping makes the environment even better, not so stoic. The people who gave this complex bad reviews are clearly people who were bitter about not being able to live in such a great complex. The amenities are perfect, a very nice clean gym, clean inviting pool and jacuzzi (which I can't wait to use!!!), washer and dryer hook up in unit, large decks/patios... I LOVE IT!!! This is the place to go if you are looking for a home in a great part of Northern Orange County. I was also pleased with the criteria to be able to move into the community, you know you'll have great neighbors!!! As for parking the manager assured me that they are still planning on the visitor parking area.
