I've lived here for 6ish months now, and I really enjoy it. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and lovely surrounding neighborhoods and a cute nearby park. The area feels very safe--which was an important factor to me. My previous apartment complex did NOT feel safe at all. The actual apartment itself is quite nice, and the Annie (manager) and David (maintenance) are super nice and helpful. Maintenance issues are fixed very quickly and painlessly. We did have a little issue with ants for a month or so...but that can happen anywhere, and they are gone now. It's not too noisy...although occassionally there are people partying around the pool, but not a big deal. My only tiny little complaint is the parking...it's tough when guests comes because there aren't many extra spaces. Also, even though the spaces are assigned, I've come home a couple times to find someone parked in my spot, which is quite inconvenient. But rumor has it that there are plans to amend these problems with more parking....someday. Anyway, my boyfriend and I looked at lots of other apartments when we were shopping around and I am SOOO glad we found Eastridge! I really do like it here a lot.
