Just as others have mentioned, parking is terrible. You have parking in your one car garage and one assigned spot (most nights you hope that no other resident/guest is parked in your assigned spot). Towing is very popular within this complex. With any type of disturbance problem, I've had problems with the management being NON RESPONSIVE (due to the fact they're NEVER in the office). Maintenance is usually always there to fix any problems.
On the other hand, the complex itself is nice and fairly new. Having a garage and washer/dryer is always a plus and the location is great.
