My daughter and I lived at Orange Plaza for seven years, almost to the day. I can't say enough for the management, and the entire maintenance crew. We lived upstairs, over a garage, with only one neighbor beside us. Very little noise! We were right over one of the pools, (There is a pool in each of the four sections, surrounded by the apartments) Yes, there was children, and the noise bothered us very little. The close proximity to the Mall, the Freeways, the shopping, the great places to eat, well, it just really worked out great for us. Wherever you live, you should have management that equals the management team at Orange Plaza. Great, great ladies. The maintenance team is equally great. They know what they are doing, and do it in a timely manner. We had no problem with parking, and had two cars.

I would like to end by saying we have moved to a complex owned by the same gentleman who owns Orange Plaza. Work was the reason for the move, and we are equally happy here.
