Now called "Canyon Terrace"

These apartments are below average. I had a 2 BR 2 Bath for about $650, and they kicjed everyone out to "renovate," which meant adding W/D to some units, and raising the rent to $900. Apartment is probably still as crappy as it was for $650. Terrible maintenance - my a/c would come on but never blew cold air (all it needed was some freon, but try to get this so-called management to call in a repair man). Parking was nothing special, but move in here and you are guaranteed to have someone parked in your spot if you get home past 9-10pm. Kids always running around barefoot in the parking lot with little/no supervision from there welfare parents, who are probably home 20 hours a day, and always up late at night. If you do have to use the laundry room, BEWARE! There are only about 4 washers and dryers and you will be lucky to wash more than one load at a time. Also, many of the tenants are too lazy to come remove their items once they're dry, so if you take their stuff out after they leave it for 2-3 hours, don't be surprised when you come back down and your items were pulled mid-cycle from the dryer and the time has run out... Overall, this place is not worth the money - if you move-in, don't say someone didn't tell you so...
