Pool is green, only one washer and dryer, parking is fine if you don't ever have company, Manager Stan is violent and has had three assults on people in 6 months, Manager talks about everyones files, No regular maintenance person, trash everywhere, Stray cats everywhere, sprinkles don't work, carpets are very dirty, Manager charges cash for credit checks and keeps the money, Parking lot is in need of repair, cars are brokin into, spa is never hot, kids are very loud, cars are all junkie, paint is chiping off, mold undersinks, cig butts out of control and dog poop,
