This is a safe place to live and if you are unable to afford a house this is a good place. I pay $25/mo for a cat and $75/mo. for a garage. Because I rent a garage they will not assign me a parking space however, it hasn't happened but once that I had trouble finding a spot. They have installed iron fence around perimeter and a coded gate, also have a computer in office for tenants, and have plans for an exercise room. The maintenance guy is awesome in his response time and effort. I swear he works 7 days a week. Washer and dryer are in unit.
