I have been here a year. It changed a lot. The biggest problem is the ------- noise. The walls are like paper! You can hear neighbors having sex, playing music and I could tell you what TV shows they like. Funny right' Recently I noticed more and more young,trashy people moving in, maybe the economy made it more difficult to find "quality tenants" and a lot of the good ones are moving out and getting houses for a great price after the burst of the real estate bubble! Parking is good, but it's not a gated community! At night you can enter the sidedoors without key, I guess nobody has checked that recently and at daytime the complex is wide open. One day I caught a bum snooping around in the dumpster looking for something to recycle. I am not kidding you. If you have a pet you're screwed! The new management company wants 50 bucks a month pet rent! I would call that pimpin'! I would strongly urge you to spend 100 dollars extra a month and move to Folsom, Roseville or something else a lil bit more upscale. If it's 100 bucks more, but they don't charge pet rent and you save gas money it's already the same, but without the trashy young people. Read the other reviews and come here at daytime and drive thru the complex and try to enter the sidedoors at night without key, then you see if I speak the truth. Good luck for your search...
