While the rent here is affordable, you do have to pay for everything else utility wise... PG&E, SMUD, water, sewer, garbage, etc. It adds up!

This place is nice and clean and most people very accommodating. The biggest downside is the walls are paper, paper thin! You can hear your neighbor upstairs snoring!!
