I agree with the comments about the office staff being rude - but not all the time - they did have good moments from time to time.
I lived there for almost 4 years and still got most of my deposit back but only after I wrote the property owners.
As one of the other reviews stated - if you don't like it then move out - what is the saying - put up or shut up. If you feel your complaints are going unheard then write to the owners and keep copies - send it certified so you have proof of when and what you said.
I felt safe and secure when I first moved in. But after a while (just before moving out) the place did seem to be a lot more run down. Like no one cared any more - my feelings were that the tentants weren't getting the respect and getting repairs done on time so they just didn't care anymore.
There are worse places but then again there are better places as well.
I also agree with some of the things that have been said about Pam. She was hardly ever there - the office staff took complaints, and had to deal with the irritated tenants.
My advice to anyone thinking of moving in - keep all of your records - ask for repairs in writing - keep copies. If possible hand deliver your complaints and get a signature from someone in the office and have it dated. Anything that is said should be written. If it is not taken care of in a timely manner go hire up.
Good luck
