Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
First they do a "nice" walk thro and tell u "oh everything is alrite, your apt is just fine" and month later - history repeats. A check with 20% of your deposit. Oh and even after a walk thro they wud call u to tell u this/that has to be changed and things like that. Mebby its a standard for them to give you only 20% of your deposit no matter how clean you keep the apt.
If your happy getting only 20% of your deposit back (or have a lot of money to give away :)), GO FOR IT.
