I have lived here for 8 years. My cars have been vandalized 5 times. Twice were saved by my car alarm. Twice by a jealous boyfriend. Once stole my stereo, so I only count as once. My biggest complaint is the security guard goes home at 4am and it should be 6am.

All my repairs have been done in a timely manner. The rent is lower than all other apartments in the area. I have truly AWESOME neighbors ... which is why I've stayed here so long. I really love this place!!!

The grounds have improved 300% in the past 2 years. Thanks to previous reviews I now know that the manager, PAM, is a good place to find oral sex! (Thanks again!!) Seriously she has always been cool to me. Prolly cause I'm a hunky guy.

There are 2 swimming pools and I spend a lot of time there in the summer. The tenants who use the pool are real cute, big plus! My friends always hook up there in the summer to hang out.

I don't live on the street so the noise isn't bad. Other than the car thing I feel safe here. My daughter has lots of friends here so she doesn't get bored. The gang rumors are total BS.

I've recommend this place to several of my friends as a pretty cool place to live so long as you're family oriented.
