Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Having lived at Madison Hills for over 2 years. Any problem that has ever happened has always been taken care of in a matter of hours if not the next day. I have found this to be a great family location and at an affordable price. The problems I have seen posted are about as common as the grumpy rude customers at Ralphs. Possibly the same ones! If I were to move across the street for $300 more I would find the same type of people living around me and in my opinion would not get the sincere professionalism of the management. Hint...if you need something done, do it in writing. Always works for me. Communication always solves problems quickly and avoids the headaches.
