Two words...white trash
This is a HUD complex, and the dirtbags abound. They trash up the place and make lots of noise. Management claims to be powerless, but they're really just useless. They've even terrorized some of the elderly women in the complex. You can hear everything through the walls. The tennis courts have grass growing up through cracks in them, and they've been full of lumber and other construction materials for a number of months now. Only about half of the clothes dryers work, and we've had our stuff vandalized twice, so now we sit there and watch the entire time. There's a feral cat problem. I cannot say enough bad things about this complex. I was crazy to stay as long as I did.
