I would like to say that in all the time I have lived in this apartment complex I have had very minor problems, as you would with any apartment building.



There have been instances with certain people in upper management when a problem I was having did not get taken care of or was "brushed off" but upon speaking with MICHELLE, the leasing agent, she did address the problem and it was solved promptly in an extremely professional manner.



I have never had any safety issues. There are security personnel that respond quickly if any problems occur. I have always felt safe.



At this time, there does need to be a better groundskeeper and slight renovations, but overall the place is fine.



I would suggest this apartment to people that are looking for a reasonably priced spacious apartment in a nice area.



One more thing in reaction to the other reviews...a few people living here or have lived here do have issues with the establishment and freak out over things which take time to be solved by management (ie: stray cats and bad tenants). In my opinion they seem to be people -mostly HUD tenants- that like to complain and rile others up.

I suggest if you don?t like the place- MOVE! If you can?t move..wait for things to be solved in a timely manner like the rest of us. Think about it -there are probably about two hundred tenants here and only a few maintenance people..they can?t be everywhere at once!


Don?t be fooled, some people do like our "homes" here. :-)
