I recently moved from Madison Hills, this past spring in fact. I lived there for over two years. I still have some of coworkers/friends who live there. While a lot of what is said in the other reviews is true it is still a decent place to live. I never had a big problem. the general area is good place to live and Madison hills is one of the most affordable. I have lived in several apartments around Sacramento and the bay area and none of them were perfect. There is always a disgruntled pinhead who will go out of their way to complain. Yes, the tennis court was closed down for most of my time there but so what!! They are storing stuff there that is being used for renovation where else should it be stored, in the pool areas' Maybe if I liked to play tennis that would have bothered me. yes, I didn't get back all of my deposit but at no place I ever lived at for more than a year did I get all of my deposit back. Yes, there were spinklers broke here and there but that happens everywhere. I always felt safe there and thought that their security did a good job covering the place and taking care of things for such a huge place. Now, what was said about Pam I never saw or knew of but she was always nice to me as were the other staff members(that usually is the case when you are a good resident). I'm sure they were rude to certain people at times but maybe the people were rude to them as well. basically, there are far worse places to live and while they are not perfect they don't deserve some of the comments made here vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
