This duplex neighborhood looks deceivingly peaceful when you drive through (unless you happen to drive through at one of the many times the 25 children are running around screaming in the streets unsupervised with no regard for cars). But take a closer look and you'll see that the units are poorly maintained, the fences are rotting and falling down, and the backyards are overgrown prairies full of weeds. The walls are thin and provide NO sound insulation whatsoever (we could hear our neighbor snoring through the shared wall between our bedroom and theirs).

In addition, the manager seems to only get off her butt if she's delivering a notice to tell a tenant they have violated some sort of rule that will cost them money. We never even knew if she received our messages or notes, as she never bothered to respond to any of them.

Last, they raise the rent here by about $50 every year, claiming that it is necessary to maintain the "same level of service." But that is total crap - how can it cost more to do nothing this year than it cost last year'''

Believe me - you will regret it if you decide to move in here. Most people move elsewhere as soon as they can, if they can. If you have a choice, go elsewhere - just about ANYWHERE else would be better.
