Ij ust recently moved out of the place (After 4 years) and I have mixed reviews of the place. I had wonderful neighbors, it was a quiet place to live and I mostly felt safe. I did enjoy how large the space was and the fact that I had a yard. But if you are not the best friend of the management, then you will have a hard time living there. I had multiple problems that were still not fixed from the first day I moved in. Mostly was the rats in my bathroom wall. This problem was solved by shoving posion in the attic. This caused the rats to die in my walls (smell and flies followed). This was an ongoing problem and I feel sorry for the new tennant. My backyard also had no drain and slopped toward the house. This caused my backyard to flood every winter (or when my neighbor left his sprinklers on). According to management this was not there problem (immenet domain). Getting my problems fixed were like pulling teeth out of the management and woudl require nagging and multiple trips. Twice I was without air conditioning in the summer, and due to a mixup with management and SMUD I was without power for four days!!!
I could not stand the children running, playing and riding bikes in the middle of the street and no parents watched them!
Did not agree with the rent hikes every year, beacauseI never saw any improvements. I am glad I am outta there!!! I am sure I will have to take them to court to get my deposit back.
