I lived in these apts for 6 months, its all I could take!! They gave me an assigned parking space only to take it back when they realized they had already assigned it to someone else! I moved in to the apt in May with no A/C and they kept telling me they would send someone up to fix it... Finally in late July they had it working for the first time. Ever lived in Oroville in the summer' 110 degrees everyday in an upstairs apt with no A/C, never again!! Oh, and I had my laundry stolen, not all of it, they went through it while in the dryer and picked what they liked!'!
