New owners The Hignell Companies have taken over this property and have given it a great turn-around. They now have on-site maintenance with a 24-hr turn-around on work. Many renovations and appliance upgrades.They are easily one of the nicest complexes in town now.

DON´T MOVE HERE!!!!! This complex is the biggest joke you will find in Oroville. The office staff want more information on you than is necessary for determining if they need to raise your rent or not. They have asked for documents such as divorce papers, even if you are already remarried.
