Terrible I am writing a second review. I've lived here 2 lease agreements so I see it fit to write another. DON'T MOVE HERE. Unless you enjoy 730 wake up calls 3 times a week from Trash trucks. If you enjoy spending 20% more each year to stay put, then please lease here.

Good so far I've lived in Villa Marina Apts for 3 months. I like it. It is safe and quiet. All neighbors are polite and mind their own business. It's near grocery store, coffee shop, gym, harbor ... great location.
The only thing i don't like is that the RR has an old fan

Really Quite It's a really nice place to live, if you budget is short and you are no looking for fancy places and gym includes; this is the perfect place for you. Kitchen area is really dated, and they don't work with big companies cables, so you are stock with a local company

Horrible Management, Worst place to Live The Management is the worst. She is never available and never in the office. The local teens sell drugs right in front of the office and hang out there like gangs. Nothing is ever fixed right. Not a good family environment. BEWARE!!!!
