	These apartments are filled with mold and fungus, the outside is wood and full of fungus and dry rot. The roof collasped and rain and filthy water flooded the apartments and hallways. The carpets were NOT REMOVED ..but dryed out. ... more

	windows have not been washed in over two years. drains are very slow draining. small apts (420 sq ft) for the price. management only addresses issues with their own agenda. tenants are discouraged by management not to discuss any political ... more

	Just moved in, but all the interiors of bldgs. have been painted since new mgr arrived. Garabe areas cleaned and garage being power washed this month. NCR management is a caring, profesional co.Former R E broker.

	NCR suppose to be non-profit!! Yeah right! All they do is raise rents on seniors and they do not care!! The only good manager left and now they can't get anyone to stay!! Mold, garbage, nothing fixed!! Beware!
