DON'T MOVE HERE - They are slowly converting this place to condos, and haven't bothered to tell the residents in case they are willing to pay the $1000 lease break fine. They "plan" to start converting next year, but have already started construction on things.

NICE AND QUIET - - You just have to come here, meet management, see the inside of the apartment and you'll truly like all of it. Adam ( i.e. manager) has made every effort to take care of the residence.
