I have lived here almost 4 years. It is safe and relatively quiet for the most part. I would choose an upstairs apt. as the first year I lived downstairs and could hear everything. I had to move to an upstairs unit. The property looks beautiful, but the pool is routinely dirty, the gym equipment is constantly broken and takes months for management to fix, and there are always teens or people in the computer room on MySpace or doing things they shouldn't. Often the open parking is too full, as we only get one covered assigned parking space. The community room is beautiful, but only open until 5pm, which doesn't help if you work til 5pm like me. Lastly out rent has moved from around 1200/month to almost 1400/month and it keeps getting raised each year. I do have to say it is the safest and nicest in the valley, but not worth the price.
