This may have been a nice place to live at one time... but now they are doing sewer construction right outside the building and it is non-stop noise. the rental agents lie about it even when specifically asked. forget about sitting at the pool unless you have earplugs. they say they don't start til 7am... but try 5am. And the latest is they will not do the contruction overnight so no sleep will be possible.... construction from 6pm to 6am. How did they get away with that one''' The apartments literally shake because of the work... its like an earthquake every day. The apartments look nice on the weekend and the grounds are well maintained... but don't be fooled.. this place is a nightmare. The rental agents will tell you the construction is only set to last for a few more weeks... but again... they are not telling you the truth. I talked to the water department myself and they say it will be months... and if you know anything about city construction you know that means at least a year.
RUN!!! There are plenty of nice apartment you can rent in the area for a lot less money. RUN AWAY!!!!!

This lady lived across from me for 3 days, and is completly narratic. I talked to the city as well and they are doing this for the safety of the children. The noise is not that bad, no worse than city living. The office staff has been accomidating and there information is consistant with the cities statement that it will be in front of our apartments for about 2-3 weeks.

the noise is not the only problem, the smell is sooooo gross. I can not wait to move out of here.

I think who ever wrote this is not happy with life. This person is always complaining about construction like if it was canteras fault. In that case this person should complaint to the city. This is a great place to live if this person doesn't like it they should move to that dream community she has in her head. There is also good staff and good neighbors around. Sorry she is not happy but she can move out any time there is more opeople waiting to move in. Don't worry be happy

This person is defenetly a HATER!!!!! can you see it's for the kids SAFETY Hello wake up and smell the coffe better yet have a Ice Cream maybe you can have some sweetness in your life and if you are not happy here well DONT LET THE DOOR HIT YOU !!!!!!
