We have only been here 8 months, but in that time things have changed! They do rent to ANYONE!! There isn't a single time that I drive through the gate and not see people just "hanging around" with no shirts on. I don't get it and I don't like it. Will all the trashy people here, I can't believe they are still charging such high rent. Check out the "Enclave Apartments" if you are interested in renting. If you rent here, you will be disapointed, I was!
