After inspecting the property, and speaking at lenght with the new owners
This is going to be a great place to live.
Management now listens to the tenants
We needed stability and with
Prices all over going up we locked in a lease.

You haven't lived here long enough. Management? It changes every month! Safetey? The police are here more times than I can count. Parking? No parking for 2nd car.
they listen? I've been waiting over a year for things to be fixed. You can't even use the jacuzzi or pool after sunset. You are not allowed to watch tv after 10 pm. What a joke! You are in for a surprise!
