THERE IS A NEW OWNER FOR THIS COMPLEX. YOU CAN NOT EXPECT THEM TO DO EVERYTHING IN ONE DAY. I DO NOW THEY ARE SPENDING TONS OF MONEY ON THE PLACE. FIXING BROKEN THINGS. PUTTING NEW FLOORING IN. NEW KITCHEN CABINETS IN SOME UNITS. PAINTING THE APARTMENTS. GETTING THE POOL AND SPA IN WORKING ORDER. BALCONIES REDONE. THE NEW MANAGER IS GREAT. REALIZE THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE PLACE LEGAL. THE PAST OWNERS DID NOTHING BUT WANTING RENT.

I agree Kim the new mngr is great. She takes her job seriously, cares about the residents, helps them anyway she can. Things are being fixed and replaced. Things are looking up....Kudos Kim! Mr Michael D, you are blessed to have Kim on the team!!!!

It was about time that the owner found someone who knew what they were doing and not a drunk or drug user. She follows the same rules that all of us have to and the best part is she will respond to any call no matter what time it is. I have personally seen her when I came home from work at 2:30 in the morning outside fixing the gate with her maintenance man just so that we would have a safe place to call home. The new manager has made living at Desert Gardens much more enjoyable. We can see things being done on a daily basis. She is always in the office or on the grounds. She takes care of the residents requests in a very timely manner. Thank you Michael for finally hiring the right manager.
