From day one we have had nothing but trouble. Apartment falling apart litteraly, doors won't open, cabinets falling apart, bottoms of drawers falling out, paint peeling off doors, carpet lifted beyond repair. Pools have been shut down many times by health dept. Staff does not patrol grounds for reapirs or matientence you must call if you want something trimed or cleaned. Matience crew is nice consist of one guy for hundred of apartments. Could be a nice place but poor management delays this.
